You can join our programme here! The next edition starts with an intake in August and Kick-off in October. What are your next steps?
- Create a team of 5 young professionals of your organisation. We support you with our toolkit, network and alumni of your organisation.
- You can expect an investment of 5 afternoons or evenings during 8 months, one day kick-off and Final event and you will work on the assignments individually and with your team 2-3 hours a week.
Timeframe
- Deadline to subscribe: 14 mei 2024
- Ready to rumble intakes: augustus 2024
- Team Checkpoint (first assignment): June-september 2024
- Joined Kick-Off event: October 2024
- The Academy: oktober 2024– april 2025, once a month offline (2 times afternoon and 3 times evening incl diner and drinks)
- Final Event: mid-april 2025

Your idea as a starting point at the kick-off comes from within the organisation.
The Kick-Off is 1 day, 5 academy sessions are 4 hours a month, and after each session the team receives a follow-up assignment. Our advice is to spend at least 2h-3h per week per person.
